Set in a serene, beautifully intricate villa, Tracy treated us to fabulous yoga each morning to the rising sun before a wonderful traditional cooked breakfast. Optional tours were arranged at guests leisure and the meditation at the temple was a must-women coming together and recognising their superpowers! 
We were intergrated with local culture and food, had time to relax and most importantly, push ourselves as much (or as little) as we liked on our yoga journey! Highlight for me were the extensions in balances helping me to achieve more than I knew I could! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Foot Massage

Closing the bones - 1 hour ‘taster’ treatment.

Had no idea what to expect.

Was thinking as Tracy had just returned from Luxor, it would involve mummification!

It didn’t ! 😂

The treatment was super relaxing with incredibly powerful after effects.

The next day - and all this week, the song going round my head is ‘oooh ooh oh I’m on fire!’ I’m so full of positive energy!

Oh - and physically - I have had an ongoing issue with my right knee for the last 10 months; during the treatment I felt a shift of energy as Tracy worked on the right side of my pelvis and since the treatment, it has improved dramatically.

It was so incredible that I've booked a full four-hour experience at the end of August!
