I’m Tracy, a devoted yogini, retreat host, and holistic therapist. For over 12 years, my business has been my passion. This path has brought me wonderful adventures, deep global learning, and continuous evolution. Based in the Midlands, I offer my services both in-person and virtually, adapting entirely to where you are and what you need.

 

My Philosophy

My journey is guided by life experience, universal wisdom, and deep intuition. I am blessed to share what I love, helping you create space for healing and renewal. I believe in nurturing the whole self—mind, body, and spirit—through intentional movement, sacred energy work, and vibrant nourishment.

 

Yoga & Transformational Retreats

Movement is medicine. I offer regular, grounding yoga classes and immersive wellness retreats designed to help you disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with your inner peace.

• Weekly Classes: Taught regularly in beautiful spaces across Malvern, Worcester, Broadway, Solihull, and Cheltenham.

• Yoga Retreats: Carefully curated wellness experiences combining movement, meditation, nature, and community.

• Nourishment: Soul-filled catering for retreats and events, featuring my signature healthy, artisanal vegan cakes and chocolates.

 

Sacred Healing Therapies & Bodywork

Every session is tailored to your unique energy, providing a safe container for deep physical restoration and spiritual alignment.

• Sacred Bodywork: Deep restorative body and foot massage, Closing the Bones ceremonies, and sacred Yoni massage.
