Yoga
With so many different yoga styles available, it can be difficult to know where to start. While yoga presents itself in many ways, fundamentally, there is only one yoga. I am here to help you navigate that journey.

Creative Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is all about finding your rhythm, moving with ease, and connecting your breath to every movement. In 2014, I dove deep into this practice, completing my 200-hour teacher training in sunny Devon with Mercedes Ngoh Sieff—one of the UK’s most inspiring and creative Vinyasa Flow guides.
What makes this style so magical? Every class is a unique journey leading up to an exciting "peak pose." Think of it as a fun, physical puzzle where every movement prepares you to fly, balance, or stretch deeper than before. Best of all, it is completely customizable—every single posture can be tailored to fit your body, exactly as it is today.
What to Expect on the Mat
-
All-Levels Playground: Completely welcome to everyone, from day-one beginners to seasoned yogis.
-
Peak Pose Party: Every sequence builds up to a fun, rewarding target posture.
-
High-Energy Flows: Expect a creative, fluid workout that gets your heart pumping.
-
Soulful & Playful Vibes: We link deep spiritual connection with a lighthearted, judgment-free atmosphere.
Kundalini Yoga
Elevate Your Mind, Body & Spirit. Are you ready to clear the mental clutter, build a resilient nervous system, and step into your highest potential? Welcome to Kundalini Yoga—a powerful, ancient practice designed for the modern world. The world is constantly changing, but your inner peace doesn't have to. Kundalini Yoga is a deeply personal practice that helps you strengthen your connection to yourself, creating a steady anchor in a busy world.
Think of it as technology for your soul. Through a unique blend of breathwork, dynamic movement (kriyas), and deep meditation, we break through inner blocks to raise your baseline energy. Every single class is completely unique, deeply healing, and fully adaptable.
As a certified 220-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher, my goal is to help you unlock your highest potential through this incredible, transformative practice. I anchor my own life in the power of daily practice—regularly completing 40, 90, and 1,000-day meditations—so that everything I teach comes from a place of deep, personal experience. From participating in powerful immersion days like White Tantric Yoga in London to continuously studying with master teachers, I am always expanding my knowledge to better support you. In my sessions, we blend ancient wisdom with practical, modern tools to help you reduce stress, build resilience, and find deep inner peace. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or looking to deepen your journey, I provide a welcoming, accessible, and supportive space for you to connect with your body and mind.
Perfect for everyone. No flexibility or prior yoga experience needed. Every movement can be modified to suit your body. Open your heart, quiet your mind, and join us on the mat.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga: Your Sanctuary for Sacred Stillness & Connection. In a world that often spins a little too fast, this practice is your invitation to slow down, ground down, and breathe. This isn't about perfect poses; it’s about creating space to feel, release, and connect with yourself. We gather to trade the chaos of daily life for a few moments of pure, delicious stillness.
The Magic of the Practice
-
Total Floor Comfort: No standing sequences here! We stay entirely on the mat.
-
Prop-Filled Heaven: We use bolsters, blocks, and cozy blankets to fully support your unique body.
-
The Sweet Slowdown: Postures are held passively for 2 to 8 minutes.
-
Deep Inner Release: We melt past the muscles to target deep connective tissues, creating a safe space to unlock tight joints and quiet busy minds.
-
Emotional Alchemy: Long holds give us the time to process deep-set feelings, letting go of what heavy weights we carry to make room for fresh, joyful opportunities.
My Yin Yoga teachings are rooted in deep study with some of the UK’s most respected teachers, including Norman Blair, Marcus Veda, and Cal Wansbrough. This rich foundation blends precise functional anatomy, creative intelligent sequencing, and profound energetic awareness. I have also co-led several yin yoga teacher trainings in Worcester.
All Bodies, All Hearts Welcome. Whether you can touch your toes or haven't tried yoga a day in your life, you belong here. This practice is entirely adaptable, universally accessible, and infused with warmth. Come exactly as you are—sweatpants, messy hair, big emotions, and all. Let's find some quiet, share some smiles, and rediscover our balance together.
Pregnancy Yoga
My private, one-to-one prenatal sessions are uniquely tailored to meet your individual needs as you journey toward motherhood. Each 1-hour session seamlessly blends a customised series of gentle postures, grounding breath work, and calming meditation based on your personal requests. To fit your lifestyle, these sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home, online via video call, or in a dedicated studio space. It is a beautiful opportunity to connect deeply with your amazing body and your baby, providing you with practical tools and inner strength in preparation for birth and beyond.
As a certified birth keeper and a mother myself, I look at pregnancy yoga through a unique lens. Pregnancy yoga is more than just movement; it is a sacred space to prepare your mind, body, and spirit for birth. My deep understanding of physiological birth allows me to guide you through intentional movements that build trust in your body's innate wisdom. I understand the physical shifts and emotional highs and lows of pregnancy firsthand. Together, we will use yoga to comfort your changing body and quiet your mind.
