As a birth keeper/assistant, I am here to offer support with love and soul for each women and her family throughout pregnancy, birth and post-partum

It's every woman's right to have the ecstatic birthing experience they want and deserve and I can help you achieve that!
As a birth attendant, I can provide you with adequate information to make your own best choices for you, your birth and your baby
As a birth attendant, I am here to fully respect your decisions, cultural practices and whatever makes you feel happy and empowered to grow, birth and care for your gorgeous baby. I will not promise you anything or be responsible for your choices, but I will be here when you need a woman's support and smiles throughout your exciting journey
What are the vital states required for each woman during her pregnancy, birth and post-partum? To feel SAFE, LOVED AND CARED for. Plus to feel Wise and trusted in her own body!! Let me, as a birth attendant be there for this!! I am here to listen to your needs, fears, excitement, feelings, concerns, whatever you need to ask or speak out, I am your safe space throughout, pulling from my own experiences and knowledge, plus from a vast support network I am so fortunate to be a part of.
As your birth attendant I will provide you with support and guidance only. To allow you the freedom to make your own personal choices suited to your needs, as only you know these best!
I can also help you write your birth plan, choose what to take to the birth centre, hospital or have ready at home. Assist with breastfeeding, cook nutritious meals for you and your family during the post-partum period. I can offer you angelic reiki, or any healing I offer that you feel drawn to during your pregnancy and Closing the Bones ceremony, or restorative massages after your baby is born, to revitalise, support and fortify you.
I can be there for you whenever you need me during your pregnancy, birth and beyond!
